Habits can have a positive or negative effect. From personal experience a positive habit only moves a person into greater things. For me that one thing has been increasing my exercise programme.  I’ve seen steady success, plus other health benefits – having more energy being one of them.

A good habit always has a healthy benefit for yourself and those around you.
